Board Meeting Agendas and Minutes

Board of Directors meetings are scheduled for the first Thursday of every month at 6:00 p.m., with the exception of January and August, each year. Meeting agenda packages are posted in advance of each meeting. Please note: meeting minutes for agenda packages are not yet approved and subject to change.

Due to COVID-19, HCA Board of Directors and advisory committee meetings will be held in person for Board members and designated staff only, until further notice.

Meetings will be open to public via a livestream on HCA’s YouTube channel. https://www.youtube.com/user/HamiltonConservation Any delegations will be accommodated electronically.

Section 28 Hearings

Hearings will be held on the second Thursday of every other month at 6 PM, as needed, or at the discretion of the Chair if additional meetings are required. If no hearing is needed, each meeting will be cancelled.
