Hamilton Conservation Authority (HCA) is a registered charity, established under the Conservation Authorities Act and governed by the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors may establish advisory boards and committees as it considers appropriate.
The Board of Directors meets monthly, with the exception of January and August, each year. Special meetings may be called by the Chair outside of the regular schedule to address urgent matters, the date and time of which is set by the Chair.
