HCA Membership Pass FAQ

Please display your HCA Membership Pass on the dashboard of your vehicle at our Pay and Display parking lots, with the expiry side facing up.

Your HCA Membership Pass is NOT valid at Wild Waterworks.

An HCA Membership Pass is a wonderful gift idea! You can purchase an HCA Membership Pass online and have it shipped directly to the recipient, visit the HCA main office or a conservation area to purchase in person, or purchase over the phone at 905-525-2181.

Lost or stolen Membership Passes can be replaced and there is a $25 replacement fee. Replacement fees are non-refundable and once the transaction is complete, the original card is no longer valid. A replacement HCA Membership Pass can be purchased by visit a conservation area or the HCA main office, or over the phone at 905-525-2181 and a new HCA Membership Pass will be mailed to you.

HCA Membership Passes are non-transferable. HCA Membership Passes are to be used by the purchaser and those living in the same household. Each HCA Membership Pass purchase comes with an HCA day pass, that can be given to family or friends to visit an HCA conservation area.

Entry into HCA areas is included with your Membership Pass. Additional fees may apply for special activities, events, rentals or during peak visitation. This includes, but is not limited to; reservation fees, camping, boat rentals, photo permits, pavilion rentals, special events, Westfield events, merchandise, etc.

No. The HCA Membership Pass holder must be 65 years of age or older to qualify for the senior rate, however guests arriving with the member can be of any age.

No. To access HCA properties, a valid HCA Membership Pass must be present at the time of entry.

If your HCA Membership Pass is damaged or stops working, a replacement pass will be issued at no cost. Please bring your original HCA Membership Pass to the main office for replacement.
