What do I do with my card when I visit a parking lot with a pay station?
Please display your HCA Membership Pass on the dashboard of your vehicle at our Pay and Display parking lots, with the expiry side facing up.
Can I use my pass at Wild Waterworks?
Your HCA Membership Pass is NOT valid at Wild Waterworks.
Can I buy an HCA Membership Pass as a gift?
An HCA Membership Pass is a wonderful gift idea! You can purchase an HCA Membership Pass online and have it shipped directly to the recipient, visit the HCA main office or a conservation area to purchase in person, or purchase over the phone at 905-525-2181.

I lost my Membership Pass? What can I do?
Lost or stolen Membership Passes can be replaced and there is a $25 replacement fee. Replacement fees are non-refundable and once the transaction is complete, the original card is no longer valid. A replacement HCA Membership Pass can be purchased by visit a conservation area or the HCA main office, or over the phone at 905-525-2181 and a new HCA Membership Pass will be mailed to you.
Can I give my pass to friend/family when I am not using it?
HCA Membership Passes are non-transferable. HCA Membership Passes are to be used by the purchaser and those living in the same household. Each HCA Membership Pass purchase comes with an HCA day pass, that can be given to family or friends to visit an HCA conservation area.
I have a Membership, why do I have to pay extra for reservations, camping or special events?
Entry into HCA areas is included with your Membership Pass. Additional fees may apply for special activities, events, rentals or during peak visitation. This includes, but is not limited to; reservation fees, camping, boat rentals, photo permits, pavilion rentals, special events, Westfield events, merchandise, etc.
I have a senior pass. Does everyone with me in my vehicle need to be a senior too?
No. The HCA Membership Pass holder must be 65 years of age or older to qualify for the senior rate, however guests arriving with the member can be of any age.
I forgot my pass. Can the gate staff look up my Membership?
No. To access HCA properties, a valid HCA Membership Pass must be present at the time of entry.
My card stopped working. What do I do?
If your HCA Membership Pass is damaged or stops working, a replacement pass will be issued at no cost. Please bring your original HCA Membership Pass to the main office for replacement.
