Groundhog Hill, Dundas Valley Conservation Area
Located in the Dundas Valley Conservation Area just off the Monarch Trail.

For one of the best views in the Dundas Valley, make your way to Groundhog Hill. Located along the Monarch Trail, this scenic lookout rewards hikers with panoramic views of the valley’s forests, meadows, and rolling hills. Crooks’ Hollow Conservation Area
Located on Crooks Hollow Road in Dundas.

Walk along the Spencer Creek as you enjoy this peaceful gem. A bridge connects the trail to the other side of the creek and also offers picturesque views of the area. Canterbury Falls, Dundas Valley Conservation Area
Located in the Dundas Valley Conservation Area on the Bruce Trail by the Heritage Trail.

Tucked away along the Bruce Trail, Canterbury Falls is one of Hamilton’s lesser-known waterfalls. The 9.5-metre ribbon-style cascade flows year-round and offers a peaceful setting surrounded by escarpment forest. Dofasco 2000 Trail

Stretching 11.5-kilometres through forests, wetlands, and open meadows, the Dofasco 2000 Trail offers an escape from the city.  The trail connects to the Devil’s Punchbowl and Saltfleet Conservation Areas, and also features a 1.7-kilometre boardwalk through the Vinemount Swamp Forest.
