Mindfulness Walks at Westfield

Join Us for a Mindfulness Walk at Westfield!

Looking to unwind and reconnect with nature? Westfield Heritage Village Conservation Area is now offering guided mindful walks through the scenic conservation area. During this 2-kilometre walk, participants will experience nature in a calm and meaningful way, led by a certified guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Trainers.

After the walk, participants are welcome to stay at Westfield Heritage Village to explore the historical buildings that bring early Canadian culture to life.

What is Forest Therapy?

Forest Therapy is a guided, mindful practice inspired by the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-Yoku or “forest bathing.” It helps reduce stress, support well-being, and strengthen the connection between people and nature. The practice is gentle, inclusive, and open to anyone looking to slow down and reconnect.
