When visiting any one of Hamilton Conservation Authority’s Conservation Areas please do not remove, harm, or harass any wildlife species or their habitat. HCA’s lands are home to numerous species of wildlife, including many that are in decline and at risk of disappearing. Disturbing or interfering with wildlife and their habitats can result in penalties under the provincial
Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act (1997) and Endangered Species Act (2007)
