Due to ongoing delays with Canada Post, our usual 8-10 business day delivery timeframe for membership passes is being exceeded in some cases. We understand this may be inconvenient and appreciate your patience as we work through these challenges. You may use your receipt for access to staffed conservation areas until you receive your physical pass.
If you need your pass immediately, you have options:
✔ Visit our main office to purchase or renew in person.
✔ Stop by one of our conservation areas to get your pass on-site.
