Request for Proposals for this project are invited by the Hamilton Region Conservation Authority to be delivered, sealed and clearly marked, to the Main Office at 838 Mineral Springs Road, PO BOX 81067 Ancaster, Ontario L9G 4X1, no later than 1:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, April 4, 2017. Proposals received after the specified closing time and date, regardless of postal markings at the point of mailing, or if personally delivered late, will not be opened. The HRCA owns and operates the Fifty Point Conservation Area in Hamilton, Ontario. Fifty Point Conservation Area has a full service marina with 340 boat slips arranged along 6 fingers and 5 walls. These docks accommodate both power and sail boats ranging to 60 feet in length. Proposals are requested from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide all material, equipment and labour to successfully supply and install a dock flotation insert solution for the steel tank floats, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP).
An optional site meeting and tour will be conducted by HRCA staff at the Fifty Point Conservation Area marina at 1:30pm on Wednesday March 22, 2017.
